exhibition´s visitor promotional campaign is rolling out with
advertisements and articles in a variety of industry publications,
soon to be followed by a radio campaign, street posters and
newspaper advertisements. The WoodEX team is also very excited and proud
of the 20 x
5m WoodEX billboard on the N1 next to Vodaworld in Midrand which
was erected recently. This billboard is very visible, and with more than
175 000 motor vehicles
passing the billboard daily, WoodEX is getting excellent exposure!
One of the highlights in the WoodEX exhibition programme this year will be the demonstrations by celebrated DIY guru and television personality Riaan Garforth-Venter, better known as "Die Nutsman" on 23 and 24 March. Riaan, who is synonymous with creative ideas, DIY, eco-tips, conservation and beautiful homes, will share his passion for wood by building a deck, a work bench and a picnic table. Riaan´s easy tips and unbelievable knowledge of products and how to use them effectively is an absolute winner!
With WoodEX fast approaching, a high percentage of the exhibition space has already been booked and exhibitors interested in still securing a stand should book urgently. WoodEX is a great marketing opportunity, offering exhibitors a platform to meet their clients face-to-face, to promote their brand and to grow their sales. WoodEX´s partnership with the European Federation of Woodworking Manufacturers (Eumabois) has also resulted in a number of international companies recognising this great marketing platform and confirming their participation in this year´s exhibition, and we look forward to welcoming, amongst others, Mebor from Slovenia, Dieffenbacher from Germany, Haglof from Sweden, and IWTMoldrup and Protecta Woodtech from Denmark.
