Terms and Conditions
Equipment will be listed for FREE on www.forestry.co.za under the following terms and conditions:
NOTE: The commercial aspect of the Forestry South Africa website, as well as the commercial side of the FSA Newsletter, is managed and run by ForestrySA CC which is a separately run entity to the non-profit organisation Forestry South Africa.
- Listing your equipment if FREE
- Each item must be individually priced
- 4% Commission will be charged to the SELLER by ForestrySA CC on a successful sale
- Prior to the listing of any equipment, the SELLER must complete a contractual obligation with ForestrySA CC
- A prospective BUYER will also complete a contractual obligation with ForestrySA CC
- Prior to ForestrySA CC introducing a prospective BUYER to the SELLER, ForestrySA CC will have to have both signed contractual obligations from both the SELLER and the BUYER on record
- Once it is established that a transaction has been successful, ForestrySA CC will invoice the SELLER for the commission
- ForestrySA CC will not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever the BUYER may have with the SELLER after a transaction has been completed
- VAT is payable on commission as ForestrySA CC is VAT registered
- ForestrySA CC reserves the right to refuse a listing
- Once an item is listed, ForestrySA CC will hold the sole mandate on the item for 3 months.

Production Supervisor / Cutters / General Work- Production Supervisor - Must have experience in Timber manufacturing processes. Manufacturing of pallets, bed bases and crates. Must have previous experience.
- Cutters - Looking for person/s who have experience in cutting timber to size.
- General Work - Looking for bright, hard workers to build pallets, bed bases and crates. Experience is beneficial.
